Complaints will not be accepted if they are sent cash on delivery.

- The customer has the right to return within 14 days after delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- Orders for special-order items, however, cannot be canceled or returned unless the item is significantly defective.
- The return of goods that are defective or faulty, including in the case of repairs or replacements, follows the following procedure:
a. Contact our customer service at phone +45 26 71 80 87 or firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your customer name, customer number, order number, and item number of the product you wish to return.
b. We will promptly process your case and provide you with an immediate response regarding your return request.
c. You will receive information on how the return items should be shipped.
d. In cases where returns are to be made to Litsen ApS the return information is as follows:

4. The customer is entitled to receive a refund corresponding to the price paid by the customer for the item, once Litsen ApS has approved the returned product. Handling costs, fees, etc. are not refunded.
